The intent is to review the submitted <br /> reports and calculations in comparison with the agency permitting requirements and provide a <br /> review summary and a list of items that require additional information. <br /> All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Proposal dated July 22, 2016 (Exhibit A) <br /> and shall comply with Standards enumerated in the'Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional <br /> Services, dated November 15, 2011, and that certain Extension and Amendment of Continuing <br /> Contract Agreement for Professional Services. Effective Date: November 4, 2014. <br /> COMPENSATION. <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and ATKINS NORTH AMERICA, INC., agrees to accept, $26,926.00 for <br /> services rendered according to the Proposal dated July 22, 2016, identified in the attached EXHIBIT A, <br /> incorporated by reference herein. <br />
