6MNS <br /> TASK 3: REVIEW AND REVIEW SUMMARY OF SJRWMD AND USACE REPORTS <br /> AND PERMITS <br /> In the event the SJRWMD and/or the USACE issues a permit, the Consultant will review the issued <br /> SJRWMD and/or USACE permits with associated staff reports. Based on that review,the Consultant will <br /> prepare a summary of the permits, permit conditions and staff reports identifying discrepancies or errors <br /> found in such permits, permit conditions and staff reports. This task include a meeting with the County <br /> staff to discuss the summary and findings. Consultant may also serve as an expert witness in an <br /> administrative hearing or litigation,for which services will be addressed under a separate Task Order. <br /> SECTION 2 ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS <br /> 1. Application fees,impact fees and any other fees required by regulatory agencies are considered a direct <br /> expense to the County. <br /> 2. The following assumptions apply to this scope of services: <br /> • The County will provide the Consultant with the permit/application reference numbers for both <br /> agencies (SJRWMD and USACE). The Consultant will make the document request to the <br /> agencies for direct transmittal of the permitting documents. It is assumed the documents will <br /> be readily provided by the agencies,with no need for multiple or special requests. <br /> • The Consultant will evaluate the drainage calculations and design based on existing <br /> jurisdictional agency,permitting requirements and standard engineering design. <br /> 3. Design and permitting is not included in this proposal. <br /> 4. Meetings with jurisdictional agencies is not included in this scope. <br /> 5. The following items are not included in this scope of work: <br /> • Survey. <br /> • Wetland and Endangered Species consulting or evaluation and review. <br /> • Drainage design or permitting. <br /> • Cadd drafting or computer modeling. <br /> 6. The review,summary and RAI's are limited to the available information obtainable from the permitting <br /> agencies and the task budgets provided in the attached summary. If there are additional tasks or review <br /> time that appear warranted,the Consultant will advise the County to request direction. <br /> SECTION 3 SCHEDULE &DELIVERABLES <br /> The following schedule is anticipated for: <br /> A. Twenty-eight calendar days from NTP or availability of Agency provided documents: <br /> • Task 1 —Drainage Reports,Calculations,Agency RAI Review <br /> July 22,2016 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
