Provide three (3) design options for providing visual interest adjacent to, or on the proposed <br /> screening wall; concepts to consist of* <br /> • an architectural enhancement(molding or cast stone embellishment) with landscape; <br /> • a potential art concept involving a mosaic or other art work; <br /> • a green screen or other fabricated product possibly with landscape, <br /> 3. Concepts to be developed in plan view and include one photo perspective of each concept; <br /> 4.
