NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County that the temporary use permit for CDS Manufacturing located at 16505 20th Street <br />is approved until the "stimulus or recovery" Indian Street Bridge project is completed. <br />SECTION #1: <br />Recitals: The Recitals set forth above are incorporated by reference and made apart hereof as <br />fully as if set forth herein verbatim <br />SECTION #2: <br />The application for the Temporary Use Permit is completed and referenced hereinto as <br />Attachment "A". <br />SECTION 43: <br />This ordinance is legislative authority for a temporary use pen -nit and is not an amendment to the <br />land development regulations and shall not be codified. <br />SECTION 44: <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This Ordinance shall be deemed to be filed and shall take effect when a copy has been accepted <br />by the postal authorities of the Govenunent of the United States for special delivery by certified <br />mail to the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted. by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />on this 15th day of September , 2009. <br />This ordinance was not advertised in the Press -Journal as the notice requirements are waived if <br />the ordinance is adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes § 125.66(3). <br />Chairman Wesley S.
