ARTICLE 14 <br /> NO CONCURRENT EMPLOYMENT <br /> 14.1 During working hours, the employee is to concern himself strictly with the <br /> business of the County and the duties of his position. At no time during working <br /> hours shall the employee perform any services or make or receive any telephone <br /> calls on behalf of any other agencies or for any private business enterprise or <br /> employment that are not a part of the employee's job responsibilities with the <br /> County. Additionally, neither the County uniform nor County vehicles are to be <br /> worn or used while performing any services or doing any private business that is <br /> not a part of the employee's job responsibilities with the County. <br /> 14.2 Employees who have accepted outside employment are not eligible for paid sick <br /> leave when the leave is used to work on the outside job. Fraudulent use of sick <br /> or personal absences will be cause for disciplinary action. <br /> 16 <br />
