DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: The Savannah Oaks Subdivision, Unit I. is a proposed 7 lot residential subdivision of a 3.34 acre parcel of land. The Savannah Oaks Subdivision, Unit II is a proposed 7 lot residential subdivision of a 4.1 acre parcel of land. The two units are contiguous and are located in the 850 block of Buckinghammock Trail, north of the Buckinghammock Trail Subdivision. The subject properties are zoned RS -31 Single -Family Residential (up to 3 units pe acre) and have an L-1, Low Density Residential 1 (up to 3 units per acre) land use designation.
