Rison Wp <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: June 29, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR THE <br />UNITS I AND II <br />UNIT I: SD -91-09-011 <br />UNIT II: SD -88-07-009 <br />SAVANNAH OARS SUBDIVISION, <br />#91070030-008 <br />#92040046-001 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of July 7, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The Savannah Oaks Subdivision, Unit I. is a proposed 7 lot <br />residential subdivision of a 3.34 acre parcel of land. The <br />Savannah Oaks Subdivision, Unit II is a proposed 7 lot residential <br />subdivision of a 4.1 acre parcel of land. The two units are <br />contiguous and are located in the 850 block of Buckinghammock <br />Trail, north of the Buckinghammock Trail Subdivision. The subject <br />properties are zoned RS -31 Single -Family Residential (up to 3 units <br />pe acre) and have an L-1, Low Density Residential 1 (up to 3 units <br />per acre) land use designation. The proposed density for Unit I is <br />2.1 units/acre, and the proposed density for Unit II is 1.7 <br />units/acre with a combined density of 1.9 units/acre for both <br />units. <br />7 <br />JUL 0 71992 <br />
