Budget Amendment 037 <br />The Board reviewed memo from OMB Director Joe Baird dated June <br />30, 1992: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />Of County Commissioners <br />DATE: June 30, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: BUDGET AMENDMENT 037 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />- The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: - <br />1. On April 21, 1992 the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />funding for the purchase of an emergency generator and the cost <br />of engineering to upgrade Middle Seven School in Gifford to be <br />used for a shelter in the event of a disaster. The attached budget <br />amendment allocates the funding. <br />2. Court Reporting Services cost have been higher than anticipated <br />in the 1991/92 fiscal year due to the Haris and Reaves cases. <br />RECOMMENDATION, <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment 037.. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment 037 as follows: <br />20 <br />
