As discussed, <br />Dickerson has incurred additional cost directly related to grading activities required by Indian River <br />County Engineering that was not reflected in the bid documents. <br />It is evident by the stockpile of excavated material on the south side of 77th Street that there was , <br />substantially more excavation than what was reflected by the summary of quantities.
