PROJECT NUMBER 16 -ST -22 <br />STATE AID TO LIBRARIES GRANT <br />AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO THE GRANT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF STATE <br />AND <br />Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />for and on behalf of <br />Indian River County Library <br />This Amendment is to the State Aid to Libraries Grant Agreement between the State of Florida, <br />Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, hereinafter referred to as the <br />DIVISION, and the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners for and on behalf of <br />Indian River County Library, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee." <br />The parties entered into a grant agreement dated 2/2/2016, for implementation of a State Aid to <br />Libraries Grant. The parties now mutually desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the grant <br />agreement. <br />In consideration of the covenants contained herein, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. All sections of the original grant agreement not specifically amended by this or a prior written <br />amendment and all prior written amendments are hereby reaffirmed. <br />2. Section Lb) of the grant agreement is hereby revised as follows: <br />a <br />b) The Grantee agrees to provide the following Deliverables related to the Scope of Work <br />for payment to be awarded. <br />Payment 1, Deliverable/Task 1: <br />■ The first payment will be a fixed price in the amount of 1002 <br />$98,140. The Grantee will have at least one library, branch library or member <br />library open 40 hours or more each week. <br />Payment 2, Deliverable/Task 2: <br />■ The second payment will be a fixed price in the amount of $178 The Grantee will <br />have at least one library, branch library or member library open 40 hours or more <br />each week. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />98 <br />
