Our review encompassed general administration services, 51 workers' <br />compensation claims and 25 third party liability claims. While we found JECO's <br />performance to reflect high quality claims administration, we noted some critical areas <br />where we believe improvement could be achieved, which in our opinion and experience, <br />should be improved. These issues, such as claim file documentation and enhanced <br />supervisor oversight, tend to improve when performance standards are added to the <br />service agreement, as we have recommended below. <br />21 <br />
