Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 20, 2016 Wanda Scott, 4306 26th Avenue, asked that Gifford be considered for a medical distribution center. There being no additional speakers, the Chairman closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Chairman Solari, to authorize staff to bring the proposed Ordinance back to the Board for a second final adoption hearing at the Board of County Commission meeting of October 11, 2016. Each Commissioner, as requested by the Chairman, disclosed ex parte communications, site visits, or independent investigations. They also affirmed that they had an open mind and could base their decisions on the evidence presented and applicable law. The Deputy Clerk administered the Oath to all persons who wished to speak at the hearing. Director Boling provided description, conditions, and analysis regarding the Planned Development (PD) for special exception approval on a project to be known as Orchard Park.
