Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 20, 2016 <br />and streetlights. <br />Jeff Barkett, Schulke, Bittle, and Stoddard, LLC responded to the Board's concerns <br />regarding streetlights. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing. <br />Bob Johnson, Coral Wind Subdivision, sought and received information from staff <br />regarding access for emergency vehicles and the conceptual PD plan. <br />There being no additional speakers, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Vice Chairman Flescher, <br />to: (1) grant the Conceptual Planned Development (PD) Plan and special exception <br />approval with the listed conditions on page 258 of the Agenda Packet, and (2) add to <br />condition 1.b. the requirement of the Planning Staffs approval of the final <br />streetlighting design and sidewalk lighting on 1st Street Southwest. They also affirmed that <br />they had an open mind and could base their decisions on the evidence presented and <br />applicable law. <br />The Deputy Clerk administered the Oath to all persons who wished to speak at the <br />hearing. <br />Director Boling used a PowerPoint Presentation to provide description, conditions, <br />and analysis regarding Frank Richardson's request to rezone f 3.59 acres, located at <br />the the northeast corner of 66th Avenue and 33rd Street, from A-1 (Agricultural <br />District) to RS -3 (Single -Family Residential District). <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing.
