They also affirmed that <br /> they had an open mind and could base their decisions on the evidence presented and <br /> applicable law. <br /> The Deputy Clerk administered the Oath to all persons who wished to speak at the <br /> hearing. <br /> Director Boling used a PowerPoint Presentation to provide description, conditions, <br /> and analysis regarding Frank Richardson's request to rezone f 3.59 acres, located at <br /> the the northeast corner of 66th Avenue and 33rd Street, from A-1 (Agricultural <br /> District)to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential District). <br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing.
