ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-105 certifying "as -built" costs for <br />installation of a waterline extension in the area <br />bordered on the north by 12th Street, on the south <br />by 8th Street, on the west by 43rd Avenue and on the <br />east by 27th Avenue, and such construction <br />necessitated by such project, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />RESOLUTION 92-105, WITH ASSESSMENT ROLL ATTACHED, <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />As Built (Final Reso. ) <br />7/6/92(legal)Vk/DC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 105 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CERTIFYING "AS -BUILT" COSTS FOR <br />INSTALLATION OF A WATERLINE EXTENSION IN <br />THE AREA BORDERED ON THE NORTH BY 12TH <br />STREET, ON THE SOUTH BY 8TH STREET, ON <br />THE WEST BY 43RD AVENUE, AND ON THE EAST <br />BY 27TH AVENUE, AND SUCH CONSTRUCTION <br />NECESSITATED BY SUCH PROJECT; PROVIDING <br />FOR FORMAL COMPLETION DATE, AND DATE FOR <br />PAYMENT WITHOUT PENALTY AND INTEREST. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of- Indian River <br />County determined that the improvements for the property located <br />within the boundaries described in this title were necessary to promote <br />the public welfare of the county; and <br />WHEREAS, on Tuesday, June 18, 1991, the Board held a public <br />hearing at which time and place the owners of property to be assessed <br />appeared before the Board to be heard as to the propriety and <br />advisability of making such improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, after such public hearing was held the County <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 91-67, which confirmed the special <br />assessment cost of the project to the property specially benefited by <br />the project in the amounts listed in the attachment to that resolution; <br />and <br />Oil <br />
