Indian River County 1 Impact Fee Update Study <br />Staff Recommended Fee Rate <br />For correctional facilities impact fee, the County staff recommends suspending the impact <br />fee based on the affordable growth calculations included in the previous section. <br />Correctional Facilities Impact Fee Schedule Comparison <br />As part of the work effort in updating Indian River County's correctional facilities impact fee <br />program, a comparison of correctional facilities impact fee schedules was completed for <br />other Florida counties.
