Amendments to Section B.Lb.: The contents of Section B.l.b. of the Amended <br />Agreement is deleted and replaced with the following: <br />b. The hours of the Event shall be: Thursday, October 20, 2016, from 4pm-11:59pm, <br />Friday, October 21, 2016 from 3pm- l l pm, Saturday, October 22, 2016 from loam — <br />1 Ipm and Sunday, October 23, 2016 from loam-6pm. <br />5. Amendments to Section BA(c): Section BA(c) of the Amended Agreement is deleted <br />and replaced with the following: <br />c. In addition to fees imposed by Section BA(a), Applicant shall pay the County two <br />dollars ($2.00) per ticket sold to the Event. Applicant shall account for all the <br />tickets sold seven (7) days prior to the Event, and pay the aforementioned ticket <br />fees sold up to that point, at least three (3) days prior to the Event. The County <br />shall have the right to inspect the Applicant's ticket records at any point during <br />and up to thirty (30) business days after the end of the License Duration. <br />6. Amendments to Section BA(d): Section BA(d). of the Agreement is deleted in its <br />entirety. <br />7.
