ATTACHMENT F of MOA 2016-2017-0001 <br />Certificate of Equipment for Casting and Counting Ballots <br />We, Leslie R. Swan Supervisor of Elections and <br />Bob Solari Chairperson of Board of County Commissioners, of <br />Indian River County, Florida, do hereby certify that prior to the receipt and use of fiscal year <br />2016-2017 NAVA funds for the purchase of State -approved or certified (whichever is applicable) <br />emerging or enhancing software or hardware technology as allowable per Attachment A, the <br />county has purchased and made available sufficient equipment for casting and counting ballots <br />to meet the needs of the county electors for the next regularly scheduled general election.
