Date: December 9, 2016 <br />The Event, 101" Annual Jake Owen Foundation Benefit Concert - A Jake Owen Intimate Performance at <br />Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center in Vero Beach. Florida. <br />Beneficiary: Jake Owen Foundation <br />The Jake Owen Foundation was created to offer its support on a national level to children battling <br />cancer and other childhood diseases through St. Jude Children's Research Hospital while also <br />lending its support to youth organizations and various charities in Owen's hometown area of Indian <br />River County, FL. Through. <br />The local organizations benefiting from Jake's annual benefit concert assist youth with illnesses, <br />shelter, food, education. health and fitness, the arts and the opportunity to better themselves through <br />various programs and organizations. Indian River County organizations that have benefited from the <br />Jake Owen Foundation include Boys & Girls Club of Indian River Country, Hibiscus Children's Center, <br />Mardy Fish Children's Foundation, Youth Guidance Donation Fund of Indian River County Inc., Indian <br />River Golf Foundation, Scholarship Foundation of Indian River County and Education Foundation of <br />Indian River County, Inc. <br />To date the Jake Owen Foundation Benefit Concert (2012, 2014-2015) and Mardy's Tennis & Jake's <br />Music Fest (2006-2011) has raised $1,25M with more than 80% being donated to Indian River County <br />organizations. <br />Request: Use of Samson Field for Jake Owen Foundation Benefit Concert VIP Reception <br />Event Time: 6:00 p.m. — 7:30 p.m. (by invitation only) <br /># of Guests: 150-170 <br />Set-up/Breakdown: Set-up TBD but could be December 811, and breakdown December <br />91". Please confirm K we can use field for set-up/breakdown dates too Will make <br />effort to have set-up on December 91". <br />Use of Lights: December 91 4:30 p.m. (dusk) to midnight. Concert should end no later than <br />11:00 p.m; however, we want to ensure everyone has exited. <br />Additional parking if necessary <br />Requested by: Jake Owen Foundation <br />Set-up: 40 x 40 rented tent — will ensure meets all guidelines <br />Limited tables and chairs — it is a reception, thus more of a flow. <br />Food and beverages will be provided by Riverside Cafe. There is no sales of food & beverage. <br />Silent Auction <br />Insurance: EvenWake Owen Foundation will add County as additional insured as well as follow all required <br />guidelines. <br />Security: We will have security guards present for hours of operation as well as police during the VIP <br />Reception.
