As stated in Jason Nunemaker's <br />email of October 12'h the City anticipates using this property as a stormwater site. <br />When the City receives these lots they will be free and clear of all taxes and liens of record. See <br />Sections 197.502(8) and 197.592(3) F.S. Pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Florida Article VII <br />Section 3(c) "all property owned by a municipality and used exclusively by it for municipal public <br />purposes shall be exempt from taxation". This property will be used for a municipal purpose. <br />Please remove these lots from the tax rolls.
