4. Access to all businesses, residences, the North County Charter School and emergency Vehicles shall <br />be maintained at all times. <br />5. No traffic will be allowed on the new roadway between the time when the asphalt emulsion is <br />injected into the base material and the time when the first lift of asphalt is put down with the <br />exception of the local traffic for the businesses, residences and the North County Charter School. <br />6. Through traffic for 65th Street and 69th Street shall be maintained at all times. <br />7. Individual Business Name Service Signs for all businesses and schools will be required per the Manual <br />of Uniform Traffic Control Devices 2009 Edition. <br />8. The Maintenance of Traffic Plan shall meet the FDOT Index 600 series, 2014 edition. <br />UTILITIES: <br />IRC Utilities - The Contractors were informed that water valves and air relief boxes would have to be <br />adjusted and there were some fire hydrants to be relocated. The contractors were concerned about the <br />depth of the Force main which will be under the pavement. <br />Florida Power and Light Co. — Dennis Pagano indicated that he did not feel there would be any conflicts. <br />Florida City Gas - Bock Kreinhagen said that Florida City Gas had a gas line in the area. It should have 48" <br />of cover.
