QUESTIONS: <br />QUESTION NO. 1 <br />The Addendum No. 1 bid tab states within the Mobilization Line Item (101-1) to include the Public <br />Construction Bond cost but there is also another separate line item (***800) for the Public Construction <br />Bond. Please clarify why the bond would be in two places or is this an error? <br />ANSWER NO. 1 <br />The Public Construction Bond is a separate bid item — please use ***800 PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND <br />for this item. <br />QUESTION NO. 2 <br />Are we restricted to staging materials and machinery to within the public r/w or is there somewhere close <br />by that the County will provide access to? <br />ANSWER NO. 2 <br />69th Street r/w <br />QUESTION NO.3 <br />Can we stage within the County owned parcel to the north of 69th Street and east of the canal?
