,r - <br />BOOK 8 ! <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Both roadway segments covered by the plat have been constructed, <br />inspected and approved by the County's Public Works Department. In <br />the future, the temporary paved roadway connecting these two <br />segments will be platted when site development plans in the area <br />are finalized. The final plat is in accordance with the approved <br />preliminary PRD plats, and all applicable final plat requirements <br />have been met. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to GRA, Grand Harbor for Grand Harbor Plat 8 <br />(Road Plat for Harbor Village Drive and Harbor Village Drive <br />North). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted <br />final Plat approval to GHA, Grand Harbor for Grand <br />Harbor Plat 8 (Road Plat for Harbor Village Drive <br />and Harbor Village Drive North), as recommended by <br />staff. <br />G.
