Notice to owner of July 28th meeting by Certified mail, <br />postage prepaid, return receipt requested <br />Director Rymer advised that the owner tried to improve the <br />structure herself but ran out of money and is now in the process of <br />selling this home -to another person. <br />Carol Jean Young explained that she has seen an attorney <br />regarding the purchase and is asking for a deferment of 60 days so <br />that the new owner can get it cleaned up and prepare the proper <br />plans. <br />Chairman Eggert felt this situation called for 90-120 days. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted <br />the potential new owner 60 days to purchase the <br />property, complete the plans and submit them to the <br />Building Department and an additional 30 days to <br />actually start working on the structure. <br />71 <br />L J U L 2 8 192 <br />flDfS.�U <br />
