records relating to any land banked properties must be maintained for 6 years after disposal of <br />the land banked properties. <br />• For grantees with ongoing CDBG grants, any real property within the County's control which was <br />acquired or improved in whole or part using NSP funds in excess of $25,000 is governed by the <br />principles described in 24 CFR 570.505. <br />• If any rehabilitated property falls within a flood plain, flood insurance coverage must be <br />maintained for the continued affordability period for affected property owners. <br />• Identify below any contingent liabilities subject to payment after the closeout agreement is <br />signed: none <br />• A total of $0.00 in grant funds has been previously canceled and returned to DEO. <br />• Indian River County acknowledges the requirement to report program income annually to <br />DEO/CDBG and will do so by January 31St for the previous calendar year. <br />DEO maintains the right to conduct future monitoring of this grant, either on site or by review of <br />information or copies of documents requested from the County. The County acknowledges that a <br />finding of noncompliance resulting from such a review and failure to take appropriate corrective action <br />satisfactory to DEO may be taken into account by DEO as evidence of unsatisfactory performance, in <br />consideration of future grant awards.
