ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />ratified the vote taken July 14, 1992 (when <br />Commissioner Bird was not in attendance) creating a <br />new precinct #47, as recommended by Supervisor of <br />Elections Ann Robinson. <br />QUALIFICATION OF "DEVELOPER" APPOINTMENT TO LAAC <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 7/24/92: <br />TO: Board of . <br />County DATE: July 24, 1992 FILE: <br />Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Qualification of <br />"Developer" Appointment <br />to LAAC <br />FROM: Carolyn K. Eggert 0 REFERENCES: <br />County Commission Chairman <br />A request has been made by John Morrison for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to revisit the appointment to the Land <br />Acquisition Advisory Committee of the person to fill the <br />°.developer" designation. He feels that our appointment doesn't <br />meet the specifications. <br />Chairman Eggert read aloud the following letter received from <br />Steven G. Wild dated 8/3/92: <br />August 3, 1992 <br />To: <br />Carolyn Egrrt- - <br />Chairperson - Land Acquisition Committee <br />Dear Carolyn: <br />I appreciate having been appuintcd to The Land Acquisition Committee.
