Minimum Floor Minimum Land <br />Type of Dwelling Area per Unit Area per Unit <br />Multiple -Family 600 sq. ft. 5,400 sq. ft. <br />Units without cooking <br />facilities 300 sq. ft. 2,000 sq. ft. <br />(f) Lot coverage. The total site shall not be covered by <br />buildings and structures, except for parking lots, to an extent <br />of more than forty percent (408) of the lot. <br />(g) Front Yard. Every lot shall have a front yard or <br />street yard of not less than twenty-five (25) feet. <br />(h) Rear Yard. Every lot shall have a rear yard of <br />not less than twenty (20) feet. <br />(i) Side Yard. A side yard shall be provided on each side <br />of every lot not•less than twenty (20) feet in width. <br />(j) Parking Regulations. Off-street parking spaces shall <br />be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific <br />uses as set forth in Section 24 of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 2 <br />REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict. All Special Acts of <br />the legislature applying only to the unincorporated portion of <br />Indian River County and which conflict with the provisions of <br />this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such <br />conflict. <br />SECTION 3 <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be incorporated into <br />the County Code and the word "ordinance" may be changed to <br />"section", "article", or other appropriate word, and the <br />sections of this ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to <br />accomplish such intentions. <br />-3- <br />
