The landfill shall implement a gas monitoring program to comply with Rule <br />62-701.400(10), F.A.C. (formerly 17-701.400(10), F.A.C.). <br />29. The final (maximum) elevation of the landfill shall be 100 feet National <br />Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) as indicated on Figures 1 and 2 of the <br />approved plans and application report dated January 6, 1988. <br />30. The Indian River County Landfill - Segment II, Claes I shall comply with <br />Rule 62-703, F.A.C. (formerly 17-703, F.A.C.) - Training of operators of <br />solid waste management facilities. A person may not perform the duties of <br />an operator of a landfill after July 1, 1991, unless he has completed an <br />operator training -course approved by the Department. -An owner of a <br />landfill may not employ any person to perform the duties of, an operator <br />unless such person has completed an approved solid waste management <br />facility operator training course. <br />31. When the Department, after investigation, has good reason (such as <br />complaints, questionable maintenance of equipment, improper operations, <br />etc.) to believe that any applicable standard contained in Chapter 62-701, <br />F.A.C. (formerly 17-701, F.A.C.), or in this permit is being violated, it <br />may require the owner or operator of the source to identify the nature of <br />the problem and to submit a report to the Department on the results of the <br />investigation and corrective action taken to prevent its recurrence. <br />32. An operating report shall be submitted to the Department on a quarterly <br />basis. Reports shall include the following: <br />• <br />a) types of solid waste received, and <br />b) quantities of solid waste received. <br />All submittals in response to this specific condition shall be submitted <br />to: Solid Waste Section, Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 <br />Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400 with a copy to the <br />Department of Environmental Protection, Central District, Solid Waste <br />Section, 3319 Maguire Boulevard, Suite 232, Orlando, Florida 32803-3767. <br />DER Form 17-1.201(5) Effective November 30, 1982 Page 7 of 8. <br />44. <br />t yz}51: ,5?a';r:rk ha='' MSF?a?'7777.75,",'-F.?:'7_kaa <br />
