The infill and <br />partial closure construction shall be complete by April 24th 1999, per the FDEP construction <br />permit. <br />For selling and delivering to the Owner all necessary materials, equipment, supplies, and license <br />fees including installation of all materials, equipment. supplies. all other labor, excavating, <br />filling, permit fees, taxes, insurance, general, administration, mobilization/demobilization, and <br />other maintenance costs, overhead and profit for (1) infill segment lateral and vertical expansion <br />construction including Segment I sideslope and attachment to Segment II liner systems, including <br />clay subbase material and transportation and (2) for the Segment I stormwater letdown <br />replacement, Segment II letdown and terminal ditch structures, closure of Segment II to 55' <br />NGVD, and associated ditch and permanent road improvements, and appurtenances, including <br />quality control. <br />Total Base Bid Item No. 2 s 3,822,100 <br />Lump Sum <br />Three Mi Tl ion eight hundred twenty-two thousand one hundred Dollars and 00/100 Cents <br />Written <br />These costs will be evaluated as outlined in Section B-13. <br />The undersigned Proponent agrees to furnish within 14 days of award of a contract the required <br />Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, Power of Attorney, and Certificates of <br />Insurance for both the operations and construction projects which are acceptable to the County. <br />Contractor agrees to complete all contract operations work by June 30, 2002 and to accept an <br />extension of the Operations Contract Time not to exceed five years if requested by the County. <br />The undersigned Proponent hereby certifies (a) that this Proposal is genuine and is not made in <br />the interest of, or in the behalf of, any undisclosed person, firm, or corporation, and is not <br />submitted in conformity with any agreement or rules of any group, association. organization. or <br />corporation; (b) that he has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Proponent to <br />put in a false or sham Proposal; (c) that he has not solicited or induced any person, firm, or <br />corporation to refrain from submitting a proposal; and (d) that he has not sought by collusion to <br />obtain for himself any advantage over any other Proponent or over the County. <br />The Proponent agrees to provide the services as specified within this document in accordance <br />with the schedule below: <br />1. Assume operation of the Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District Class I <br />Landfill within 90 calendar days after award of a contract. <br />2.
