The policy shall provide coverage for <br />premises and/or operations, independent contractors, products and/or completed <br />operations, broad form property damage including explosion, collapse and <br />underground damage, and Contractor's pollution legal liability coverage. The <br />limits of such insurance shall be as follows: <br />Combined Single Limits of no less than: <br />$2,000,000 - general aggregate <br />$2,000,000 - products -comprehensive or aggregate <br />$1,000,000 - each occurrence <br />The full annual limits of liability listed above, shall be available upon entering this <br />contract. The limits are not to have been decreased by past liability settlements. <br />Notification shall be given to the Director of any outstanding liability which could <br />substantially impact the availability of these limits. <br />If a Contractor chooses to obtain a separate policy for pollution legal liability <br />coverage, the limit shall be no less than $1,000,000. <br />This coverage shall include contractual liability and provide coverage for any and <br />all liability associated with the ownership, maintenance, and use of machinery. <br />Indian River County shall be named as an Additional Insured. <br />c. Automobile Liability - The insurance required by this paragraph shall be written for not <br />less than the following limits, or greater if required by law, and shall be maintained for <br />the life of this Contract. <br />Combined Single Limit of no less than: $1,000,000 <br />This shall cover all vehicles including owned, non -owned, and hired vehicles. <br />Indian River County shall be named as an Additional Insured. <br />d. Umbrella/Excess Liability - In addition to the requirements of the above paragraphs, the <br />Contractor shall be responsible for procuring and maintaining during the life of the <br />Contract an excess liability policy (excluding pollution losses) in the following amount: <br />$2,000,000 - per occurrence over primary insurance <br />$2,000,000 - aggregate <br />e. Any liability arising on behalf of the Contractor with regard to this Contract is not limited <br />by the insurance requirements listed above. <br />f.
