This work was <br />completed in accordance with the Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services <br />between Indian River County (IRC) Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) and CDM Smith Inc. (CDM <br />Smith), dated December 6, 2011 and extended on November 4th, 2014, under Work Order No. <br />CCNA2014-WO No. 5 dated February 2, 2016. This project completion report is to serve as <br />additional information to the final invoice (Invoice No. 90006672). <br />Each year SWDD is required to document full cost accounting and financial assurance in accordance <br />with Solid Waste Operations Permit. CDM Smith assists IRC SWDD with some of these submittals to <br />the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) each year. <br />TASK 1.0 - FULL COST ACCOUNTING EVALUATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 <br />Under provisions of Chapter 62-708.300(3), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), IRC SWDD is <br />required to determine and publicly disclose the full cost of solid waste management within its <br />service area for Fiscal Year 2014-2015. <br />CDM Smith prepared a Full Cost Accounting Report, which was delivered to IRC SWDD on June 2, <br />2016. This report sets forth the full cost of solid waste management for Fiscal Year 2014-2015, in <br />accordance with the requirements of Chapter 62-708, F.A.C.
