In the potential right-of- <br />way there will be a portion of the stormwater tract as well as a <br />driveway. <br />Commissioner Bowman was concerned about the stormwater <br />management because this is a wet area. <br />County Engineer Roger Cain agreed there is a problem with <br />stormwater management, and he assured the Board that staff is <br />working on plans to try to rectify the situation. The packing <br />house project will improve the overall situation. It is not the <br />total answer, but it will improve the site so that there will be <br />less runoff from the property than is occurring now. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
