AUS 5 <br />BOOK t.�Q <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The owner GHA, Grand Harbor LTD. is now requesting final plat <br />approval and has submitted the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PRD <br />plat; and <br />2. a copy of the project's Certificate of Completion issued by <br />the Public Works Department; and <br />3.- a developer's agreement which has been approved by the County <br />Attorney's Office and Board of County Commissioners, and a <br />Letter of Credit to guarantee construction of the required <br />deceleration lane on Indian River Boulevard. <br />All required improvements have been constructed by the developer. <br />The developer has effectively satisfied the requirements for final <br />plat approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final <br />plat approval for the Grand Harbor Golf Course Maintenance Facility <br />Tract (Plat 9). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />granted final plat approval for the Grand <br />Harbor Golf Course Maintenance Facility Tract <br />(Plat 9), as recommended by staff. <br />E.
