This multi -media theatrical <br />presentation, combining, music, drama and dance with <br />audio/visual tools and special effects is being <br />written exclusively for the AIDS Support Group of <br />IRC by a professional musician/playwright. <br />Our project, "EYES OF THE STORM" will give a mes- <br />sage to young people grades 4 through 12 that <br />education is the key to arresting, the propagation, <br />and ending the cycle of spread, of the HIV virus. <br />It will also help to develop prevention skills in <br />many areas of the youth population, increasing, <br />awareness of HIV/AIDS, while reaching youth in <br />a manner that is non -preaching. <br />By utilizing real-life stories as the presenta- <br />ti.on's text, and local individuals with HIV/AIDS <br />as role models for characters, our roject <br />-a vehicle for hope and on -giving "life" forprovidemembers <br />of the Support Group. <br />At this time we are asking for your support of this <br />project expressed in a letter to: <br />INSURE (Industrywide Network for Social, Urban <br />and Rural Efforts) <br />1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. <br />Washington, D.C. 20004-2599 <br />Please submit your letter at your very earliest <br />convenience (but no later than Wed., Aug, 26th) <br />to the AIDS Support Group of Indian River County, <br />c/o Mark Philip Wygonik, Vice President <br />2239 Vero Beach Ave. <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />If you have any questions, please call Mark at <br />567-7737 or Carol Molloy, President, at 569-9339 <br />or 567-2354. <br />Excitedly, <br />AIDS Su rl Groof Indian River Co., Inc. <br />P.O.
