<br />` The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Floriday met at
<br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock AX.Tuesdey, December 6th.19329 with
<br />the following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; J.D.Yongua;
<br />-TOW.' :aBruoe; J.J.P.Hemmilton and Eli `C. Walker. Also present were Miles Varren,Clerk
<br />and Clark 3. Rioe, Sheriff.
<br />The minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved.
<br />Hubert Graves presented a petition for a bridge to be constructed across sub -
<br />lateral canal which runs East and Test through the middle of Section 7 Tp 32 S R 39
<br />East. It was ordered this bridge be constructed as soon as °possible.
<br />A. E. Sueverkruebbe appeared before the Board regarding people setting fires out
<br />in the woods.
<br />The bond of Miles Warrens as Clerk Circuit Court in the sum of $2,000.00 with
<br />National Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved..
<br />The bond of W, R. Duncan, as Tax Assessor in the sum of $10000.00 with rational
<br />Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.
<br />The bond of Louis Harris, as 'Superintendent of Public Instructions, in the sum of
<br />$19000.00 with National Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.
<br />The bond of Troy E. Moody as Tax Collector in the sum of $20,000.00 with Natio
<br />Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.
<br />The bond of C. P. Diamond, as County Judge, in the sum of $2,000.00 with Kati
<br />Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.
<br />The Bond of William Frick, as Sheriffs in the sum of $29000.00 with Fidelity &
<br />Casualty Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.

<br />The bond of J.D.Yongue, as County Commissioner District #lt/with National Surety
<br />Company, a corporations as ,surety was approved.
<br />The bond of John M. Knight, as County Commissioner District #49 in the sum of
<br />$ 2,000.00 with rational Surety Company, a corporations as surety was approved.
<br />The bond of J.J.P.Hamilton, as County Commissioner District #3, in the sum of
<br />$29000.00 with rational Surety Company, a corporations as surety was approved.
<br />The bond of Wm E Feazell,Sr., as County Commissioner District #2, in the sum of
<br />$29000.00 with National Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.
<br />The bond of W. H. Walker, as Member Board of Public Instructions, District #29
<br />in the sum of $2,000.00 with National Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was
<br />approved.
<br />The bond of F. G. Fletcher, as Member Board of Public Instructions, District #3,
<br />in the sum of $29000.00 with National Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was
<br />approved.
<br />The bond of G. E. Barkoskie, as Member Board of Public Instructions, District #1,
<br />in the sum of $21,000.00 with G. F. Green and F. K. Dole, as sureties was approved.
<br />The bond of Oscar L DuBose, as Notary Public, in the sum of $500 00 with
<br />American Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved.
<br />It Inas ordered that release of the bond of Clark S. Rice, as Sheriff, be given
<br />National 'Surety Company, a co rporaticn, for any acts committed after January 3rd 19334
<br />It wasordered that the following Tex sale .certificates, or parts thereof, be sole
<br />for the amounts indicated:
<br />Cert 520 sale of 1926 (1/16 of Cert) for the sum of $16.49
<br />Cert 1001 sale of 19289 for the sum of $17.89
<br />Cert 520-A sale of 1929 for 1927 taxes (1/14 of Cert) for the sum of $1.82
