AFP - I `� <br />87 fnF_ 415 <br />Once the TDLCB approves a TD trip prioritization list, it will be <br />the responsibility of the CTC to develop a set of procedures to <br />implement the prioritization list. These procedures will identify <br />how the prioritization list will be used in scheduling trips and <br />providing service. <br />On August 20, 1992, the TDLCB approved the above prioritization of <br />non -sponsored transportation disadvantaged trips list and directed <br />the staff to forward it to the Board of County Commissioners (the <br />Designated Official Planning Agency (DOPA) for transportation <br />disadvantaged matters) for review and concurrence, and also <br />directed the Community Transportation Coordinator (IRC Council on <br />Aging) to develop a set of procedures to implement the <br />prioritization list. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The TDLCB and staff recommend that the Board of County <br />Commissioners, sitting as the Designated Official Planning Agency <br />(DOPA), approve the above prioritization list and direct staff to <br />forward the prioritization list to the state Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Commission. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board, sitting as the <br />Designated Official Planning Agency, unanimously (3- <br />0, Chairman Eggert beinabsent) approved the <br />prioritization list as se forth in staff's memo, <br />and directed staff to forty rd said list to the State <br />Transportation Disadvantaged Commission. <br />G.
