Joseph Earman, 4375 9th Lane, stated that he was given the <br />information regarding his adjustment five minutes before the <br />meeting and he asked for a one-week postponement to allow him the <br />opportunity to discuss the adjustment with his family and their <br />attorney. <br />Discussion ensued regarding postponement, and the Board agreed <br />that a one-week continuance would give staff further opportunity to <br />analyze the assessments. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that all interested parties should be <br />present, so the Board could continue the discussion for one week. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (3-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent) continued discussion <br />of this item to 9:05 A.
