<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF N-
<br />DIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:

<br />provements to the roads In Floral Park Subdivision,
<br />and Ranch Estates Subdivision; heretofore desig-
<br />nated as Public Works Project No. 8610 is hereby
<br />Nved subject to the terms outlined above and,
<br />applicable requirements of Section 11-41, at seq.
<br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances.
<br />The foregoing resoiutlon was offeredby Commts-
<br />Slow Bird, who proved its adopton. The muton
