5. Not to assign this lease or sublet the said premises or any part <br />hereof without the previous consent of the said Lessor being <br />first obtained in writing. <br />6. At the termination of said tenancy to quietly yield up the said <br />premises in as good and tenantable condition in all respect <br />(reasonable wear and use and damage by fire and other <br />unavoidable causes excepted) as the same now are. <br />7. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, should Lessor <br />desire possession at any time, Lessor may terminate this lease <br />with 60 day written notice to vacate. <br />WITNESS OUR HANDS AND SEALS, on the day and year first <br />above written.
