a. Recommended strategies for housing and <br />neighborhood conservation alternatives & <br />feasibility; <br />b. Public/private joint sponsorship of activities and <br />funding programs; <br />c. Approaches to reduce housing costs and upgrade <br />neighborhoods; <br />d. Policies concerning the formation of non-profit <br />housing sponsors; and <br />e. Principles and criteria to guide residential <br />density planning, special housing facility <br />locations, and effective means of integrating <br />housing planning with general community planning. <br />f. Submit recommendations to the Board of County <br />Commissioners on any matters affecting Housing <br />Affordability in Indian River County. <br />4. The provision of Title 1, Chapter 101 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of Indian River County shall apply to this <br />advisory committee except terms shall be at the <br />discretion of the Board. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Bowman , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
