WORK ORDER NUMBER 2 <br /> IRC-1139 <br /> CR512 WESTBOUND RESURFACING (ROSELAND ROAD TO US1) AND <br /> CR512 EASTBOUND RESURFACING (EASY STREET TO US1) <br /> This Work Order Number 2 is entered into as of this end day of Mav , 2012, pursuant to that <br /> certain Annual Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services Agreement, dated September 23, 2014, and that <br /> certain Renewal and Amendment of Annual Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services Agreement entered <br /> into on the 201h day of September, 2016 collectively referred to as the "Agreement", by and between INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br /> ("Geotechnical Professional"). <br /> The COUNTY has selected the Geotechnical Professional to perform the professional services set forth on <br /> Exhibit A (Scope of Services), attached to this Work Order No. 2 and made part hereof by this reference. The <br /> professional services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A (Fee Schedule), <br /> attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference.
