PUBLIC HEARING - RESOLUTION CONFIRMING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON WATER <br />SERVICE - GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION (Continued from meetings of <br />8118192 and 9/1/92) <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the County <br />Attorney advised that because this Public Hearing is continued from <br />the meeting of September 1, 1992, readvertisement of public notice <br />is not required. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/1/92: <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 <br />TO: JAMES E. CHAS <br />AND STAFFED MANAGER OF A T PROJECTS <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: CONTINUED HEARING <br />GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION AND NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. UW -92 -11 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />The continued public hearing for the above -referenced project was <br />continued on September 1, 1992, and it was again rescheduled for <br />September 8, 1992 at Mr. Earman's request. Mr. Gallagher also <br />requested his property to be assessed be reduced to 150 feet x 365 <br />feet. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The adjustment of Mr. Gallagher's assessment is a reduction from 2 <br />acres/87,120 square feet to 54,750 square feet/1.26 acres, and <br />Exhibit I reflects the effect of the reduction in the assessment. <br />We have analyzed the properties to be assessed with adjustments <br />based on information provided at the public hearing and recommend <br />approval of the assessments as described in the attached exhibit. <br />The total project assessment is: <br />The net square footage to be assessed: <br />The net cost per square foot: <br />13 <br />$176,219.75 <br />1,223,126 <br />$ 0.144073 <br />
