The Supervisor of Elections is authorized to hold this election by mail <br />ballot or by regular ballot, as she best determines. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Scurl ock <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
