5. Resolution: Attach a resolution from the Board of County <br />Commissioners certifying the monies from the EMS County Grant <br />will improve and expand the county's prehospital EMS system and <br />that the grant monies will not be used to supplant existing <br />county EMS budget allocations. <br />6. EMS State Plan: Describe how your project <br />relates to the EMS State Plan goals and <br />the EMS <br />ining and <br />icai and <br />(item 8) <br />objectives. <br />The grant projects for Indian River County relates to <br />State Plan in the areas of Communications (#2,9); Tra <br />Education (#14,17,23); Injury Control (#16); and Crit <br />Special Care (#31). <br />7. Outcome statement: Describe in measurable terms how the <br />grant will improve and expand your current EMS system. <br />SEE ATTACHMENT <br />8.
