RESOLUTION NO. 91- 172 <br />c. Request to amend the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan for ±888 acres from AG -2, <br />Agricultural - 2 (up to 1 unit/10 acres) to <br />AG -1, Agricultural - 1, (up to 1 unit/5 acres) <br />for property located west and south of the <br />City of Fellsmere, south of County Road 512 <br />(Fellsmere Road) (LUDA-91-07-0175). <br />d. Request to amend the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan for ±40 acres from AG -1, <br />Agricultural - 1 (up to 1 unit/5 acres) to R, <br />Rural (up to 1 unit/acre) for property located <br />on the west side of 58th Avenue, south of 4th <br />Street (LUDA-91-07-0126). <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert and seconded by Commissioner Mheeler and <br />upon being put to a vote the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Don C.
