SECTION 00948 - Work Change Directive <br />DATE OF ISSUANCE: 4/10/2017 <br />No. 3 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 4/10/2017 <br />OWNER: Indian River County <br />CONTRACTOR: Kerns Construction & Property Management Corp. <br />Project: 87th Street and 91$'Avenue Sidewalk Improvements <br />OWNER's Contract No. 1138 <br />FDOT FPN: 431728-1-58-01 <br />You are directed to proceed promptly with the following changes: <br />Description: <br />Based upon a review of the field conditions of end walls & handrails installed to address ADA <br />concerns adjacent to mitered end section it was been determined that in order to prevent erosion issues <br />from damaging/undermining newly installed drainage features that the mitered section would need to be <br />modified to eliminate any soil gap between the closely located drainage features.
