We have <br /> worked with Lassiter Transportation Group for over four years and have an established relationship with them <br /> and they share the same approach to work and quality,and we have the ability to work together seamlessly. We <br /> have added Bechtol Engineering and Testing and Evers Infrastructure Group because of their extensive <br /> experience with Full Depth Reclamation (FDR)as well as other pavement recycling methods. <br /> In this section we introduce each of our key team members and the skill sets that they have to apply to the design <br /> of the project. We also highlight the types of tasks that each team member will focus on. At the end of this <br /> section,we have included each team member's resume for your review. <br /> Eric Flavell, P.E.—Project Manager&Senior Design Engineer <br /> As project manager Mr. Flavell will be the single point of contact for the county <br /> and have overall responsibility of the project. He brings over 30 years of road 3 = <br /> design and construction experience to this project. He will oversee all aspectes ` <br /> of the design teams work and is familiar with what each team member needs <br /> to produce for a complete and integrated design. He will draw on his road <br /> design and pavement maintenance experience to see that the project r <br /> challenges are addressed during the course of the design process. <br /> Mr. Flavell has worked on a variety of road settings including downtown, rural <br /> and neighborhood. Each has it own nuance and these considerations ( ,_ <br /> including how the work can be phased and the importance of project I <br /> sequencing go a long way to reducing impacts to the traveling public. <br /> Mr. Flavell is a registered professional engineer in four states, including <br /> Florida. He recently moved to Florida and is in the process of getting FDOT ' <br /> Pre-qualifications for Catagories 3.1, 3.2, 10.1 and 13.6. Through his <br /> accomplishments, he has been elected to Fellow in the American Society of d <br /> Civil Engineers, and Fellow in the Institue for the Advancement of Engineering. <br /> Lucas Anthony_, P.E.—Project Engineer(Permitting and Utility Coordination) <br /> Mr. Anthony brings over 18 years of engineering and project management <br /> experience to the project. The bulk of this experience has been with land <br /> ` development projects focusing on big box projects such as Walmart. These types <br /> of projects are the most demanding from a permitting and utility coordination <br /> perspective.. Time is always critical to successful development, and permitting <br /> is typically the critical path to project delivery. The most reliable way to maintain <br /> an established project schedule and process permits in an expedient manner is <br /> to develop trusting relationships with the various overseeing agencies. <br /> h Understanding the process, pre-submittal meetings, preparation of complete <br /> packages and candid discussions throughout the process, are what expedite <br /> permitting. <br /> Mr. Anthony has significant experience with following functions: <br /> • Due diligence research of existing conditions, permit requirements, concurrency, local land development <br /> regulations, drainage and environmental conditions <br /> 9 <br />
