Reducing <br /> design changes has a direct correlation in reducing errors and cost. <br /> Meetings are a key element of the design process and are a primary component of our QA/QC <br /> procedures. For the design of a typical project, we would recommend meetings at the beginning <br /> of the project,30%,60%and 90% milestones. The issues we identify at each phase of the design <br /> are discussed and then resolved through the design process. The meetings are a convenient <br /> way to document decision making and meeting notes provide a living checklist of issues that need <br /> to be addressed to complete the design, and is another tool to prevent loose ends from being <br /> missed. <br /> We will perform independent in-house review of the drawings and specifications. In addition to <br /> the office plan check, we perform a field review of the drawings to confirm that the drawings are <br /> consistent with field conditions. <br /> Integration of our QA/QC procedures into the services process is a holistic approach. It is <br /> continually refined, adjusted for change with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Our QA/QC <br /> program is a result of our team's commitment to quality and thoroughness throughout a project's <br /> development and implementation. <br /> Work Allocation: <br /> We anticipate the work will generally breakdown as 10-15% managerial, 70-85%engineering and <br /> technical, and 5-10% administrative staff allocation with approximately 10-15% of the total effort <br /> devoted to quality control. <br /> The team members listed on our Organization Chart are the personnel that will be assigned to <br /> the project. Mr. Flavell will be available up to 30% of his time for this project. Mr. Lucas will be <br /> available up to 25%of his time. This level of availability exceeds what is estimated to be required <br /> to perform the work. <br /> Meeting Time and Budget Requirements: <br /> The first level of meeting time commitments is to handle the work efficiently. This is best done by <br /> seasoned professionals who know what is required, know how to work efficiently, and know how <br /> to best triage a situation for successful conclusion. Mr. Flavell will be responsible for meeting <br /> schedules and budgets. He will be supported by Mr. Anthony, and both of us have been <br /> successfully meeting time and budget commitments for many years. We know what it takes and <br /> we will work the hours required to deliver the service. The benefit of selecting Bowman is if we <br /> need additional help beyond that supplied by our Melbourne office, we have the other offices to <br /> assist us.
