Award the bid to Dickerson of Florida as the low bid for both <br />furnishing and pick-up of Type I & II Asphalt. <br />2. Establish an open end contract with Dickerson of Florida with <br />a not to exceed amount of $ 500,000.00 during the contract <br />Period. <br />3.
