Award the bid to the sole bidder; Sunshine Guardrail for <br />Guardrail. New bid prices are lower than last years bid <br />award. <br />2. Establish an open end contract with Sunshine Guardrail <br />with a not to exceed amount of ?10,000.00 during this <br />contract period. <br />3. Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract <br />subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, <br />vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal is <br />in the best interest of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent) awarded Bid #3018 to <br />Sunshine Guardrail, as set out in the above staff <br />recommendation. <br />16 <br />
