N. Release of County Assessment Liens <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/9/92: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Nancy Mossali - County Attorney's Office <br />DATE: September 9, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF COUNTY ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />The following routine release of assessment lien form in connection with <br />paving and drainage improvements to 87th Street in Vero Lake Estates <br />from 102 Avenue to CR -510 (Project No. 8228) has been prepared, and <br />I request that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute same: <br />Tax I.D. No. 27-31-38-00002-0120-00012.0 <br />Lot 12, Block L, Vero Lake Estates, Unit C <br />In the name of: KARL HEDIN <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent)- approved the Release <br />of County Assessment Lien for the property described <br />above in the name of Karl Hedin. <br />COPY OF RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />O. Release of Street Light Assessment Lien <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/8/92: <br />TO: "The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: 106" William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: September 8, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Release of Street Light Assessment Lien <br />By Resolution No. 91-78 * the Board of County Commissioners approved an <br />assessment roll for the establishment of a street lighting district in Glendale <br />Lakes Subdivision. Individual assessments for the street lighting <br />Improvements are assessed against the benefiting property owners for the <br />first year of the assessment. Subsequent assessments appear on their tax <br />bills. <br />A closing on one of the benefited lots owned by Clayton Ronald Williams and <br />Cheryl Ann Williams has been scheduled and, as a requirement of the title <br />insurance commitment, a release of the street lighting assessment lien must <br />be obtained.. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Release of Lien for the <br />street lighting assessment on Lot 5 and the North # of Lot 6, Block 3, <br />Glendale Lakes Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 26, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, as the assessment has been paid. <br />19 <br />SEPI PmE 544 <br />
