provisions promised by the County to Equal Split and others in the <br />original agreement for donation of right-of-way and this amendment <br />are not met by November 24, 1994, a daily penalty (an amount <br />equivalent to the real estate taxes accruing daily on each <br />remainder parcel), shall be collectible from the County and payable <br />to the owners of the remainder parcels on the 1st of the month <br />following the month in which the taxes accrued.
